A man was killed in a hit-and-run incident early Saturday morning at Kilometer 52, Brgy. Lucbuan, Puerto Princesa City.
A report from the Puerto Princesa City Police Office (PPCPO) Station 1 identified the victim as Christian Bacani Javarez, 24 years old, single, self-employed, and a resident of Purok Centro in the same barangay.
The victim was reportedly hit by an unidentified motorcycle rider who fled northbound after the accident.
The victim sustained serious back injuries and was first brought to the San Rafael Satellite Clinic and later transferred to the Ospital ng Palawan where he was declared dead on arrival.
