The MIMAROPA region’s No. 6 most wanted person for two counts of rape has been arrested in Barangay Cupang, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Rico Loto, 43, resident of Brgy. Caigangan, Buenavista town in Marinduque was arrested by police authorities on September 18.

He was arrested by joint personnel of the RIU MIMAROPA, Buenavista Municipal Police Station, PIB and PIDMB Marinduque PPO, and PCP 4 Muntinlupa City COMPACT by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Antonina M. Calderon – Magturo of RTC Branch 94, Boac, Marinduque dated November 21, 2017.

No bail for the crime of rape has been recommended for his temporary release.
