Another low-pressure area (LPA) has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced.
Benison Estareja, PAGASA weather specialist, said Wednesday the LPA is now at 165 kilometers east southeast of General Santos City as of 3:00 p.m.
“Sa ngayon ay mababa pa ang tsansa na ito ay maging isang tropical depression and in fact, posible itong malusaw sa susunod na bente kwatro oras.”
Aside from the LPA, the southwest monsoon is continuously weakening at the western side of Luzon but is still affecting Palawan.
