A foreign couple sustained bruises after their motorcycle skidded Wednesday along the national highway in Barangay Jolo, Roxas town in northern Palawan.
The victims were identified as Kashuan Deleon Stennet, 27 years old, a Canadian national, and his wife Stephanie Stennet, 29 years old and a Brazilian national.
Police reports showed the couple were travelling from Barangay Port Barton, San Vicente to Puerto Princesa City when they met the accident.
Kashuan immediately reported the incident to the Roxas Municipal Police Station (MPS) and personnel from the Municipal Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO) brought them to the medicare nearby.
They both sustained bruises in different parts of their body while the motorcycle is now in the custody of MPS.
