A 63 year old fisherman was found dead Thursday morning in the coastline of Narra town, Palawan.
Police Officer 3 Rasul Nasil, case investigator of the Narra municipal police identified the victim as Ernesto Tolentino Pascasio of Brgy. Malinao, Narra.
Nasil said Pascasio was found by another fisherman Rannie Luciangco who was visiting his fish cage.
Half of the body of the victim was submerged in the sand and lying face down, initial investigation showed.
It was known the victim was seen sailing out to the sea early Wednesday morning.
Nasil said that no wounds or injuries were found on the body of Pascasio.
The body was sent to the municipal health unit for post mortem examination, he said.
The investigation is looking at possible foul play, Nasil said.
