A farmer was critically wounded after a fellow farmer stabbed him Wednesday morning in Roxas town.

Roberto Sadang Manlavi, the 58-year-old victim, a resident of Barangay Manalo, was reportedly stabbed around 9:30 a.m. in Purok Masipag, Barangay Jolo, Roxas by suspect Dominador Mondragon Magdayao, 43, a resident of the same barangay.

A spot report furnished to Palawan News by Provincial Police Office (PPO) spokesperson Police Capt. Ric Ramos stated that Magdayao stabbed Manlavi with an 18-inch knife.

Manlavi sustained a stab wound on his left shoulder and was immediately rushed to Roxas Medicare Hospital.

Magdayao will be charged with frustrated murder.
