DepEd Palawan information officer Grace Estefano on a Facebook post said classes have been suspended in Agutaya, Coron, El Nido, San Vicente, Magsaysay, Culion, and Cuyo in all levels.

In Busuanga, the suspension will be from kindergarten to Grade 12.

The suspensions were initially declared by the local chief executives of the towns, Estefano said.

“Classes suspended today due to heavy rain and strong wind, as per declaration by their local chief executives,” she said.
