Ex-officio Puerto Princesa City councilor Francisco Gabuco on Monday sought a review of all city ordinances pertaining to waste management.

Gabuco, in his privilege speech, cited the problem of Barangays Bacungan and Montible on the garbage being thrown by public and private vehicles passing through their jurisdiction.

He said that the City Council may study and review all the guidelines of local waste management ordinances through a resolution.

However, Councilor Nesario Awat proposed to refer the matter to the to committee on waste for further discussion.
