The provincial board has requested Palawan Governor Jose Chavez Alvarez to include in the I-HELP project the installation of CCTV cameras at the entrance and exit areas of all public schools in the province.

In a resolution authored by Board Member Clarito Demaala IV, the Board stressed the necessity of the facility in securing public school premises and as a deterrent to crime.

He added that the CCTV camera will also help discourage misdeed among students, including bullying and vandalism.
