A resident of Brooke’s Point was nabbed by police authorities Tuesday for alleged possession of shabu and robbery.

P/Capt. Ric Ramos, the spokesperson of the Palawan Provincial Police Office (PPO), identified the suspect as Rame Briones, 29, resident of Barangay Barong-Barong, Brooke’s Point.

His robbery victim was named Jinky Sarong, resident of Proper II, Barangay Ipilan in the same town.

Ramos said the suspect entered Sarong’s house by breaking its front screen and glass window.

Sarong and her sister-in-law were awakened by the noise and immediately called for help.
