BREAKING: Narra Mayor Gerandy Danao has denied a report circulating on social media (not Palawan News) stating that the municipality has imposed a lockdown of the town’s Osmeña Avenue section, reportedly because two female local residents had a direct contact with the Australian national recently confirmed by DoH tests to be positive for COVID-19 .

“Wala pang ganoong report.

Raymund Dela Rosa, who heads Narra’s Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, told Palawan News they only conducted verification on the report as a standard procedure.
