For the months of March and May, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) MIMAROPA Field Office is informing the public that offsite transaction payout for partner-beneficiaries will be delayed because of the end of the contracts of LBP partner conduits. The offsite transaction payout for partner-beneficiaries of the government’s Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program 4Ps) in the MIMAROPA Region will be delayed for the months of March and May due to the end of the contracts of partner conduits of the Landbank of the Philippines (LBP).

Maria Alyssa L. Esguerra, information officer of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) MIMAROPA Field Office, said Friday the cash grants under Period 6 (December to January) and Period 1 (February and March) will be received after the LBP has procured another partner conduit that will help in the distribution in areas which have limited branches.

“The program assures that the delay of the payout is not due to cash grants being used for election campaigns,” Esguerra said.

She pointed out that the Agency does not hold any of the cash grants since the Landbank is responsible for keeping and distributing it to the partner beneficiaries.

“Beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilya MIMAROPA will not receive payouts for the months of March and May due to end of contract of Landbank partner conduits,” she added.

Meanwhile, partner beneficiaries who have cash cards and First Consolidated Bank (FCB) Pitakard will start receiving their cash grants in April.

The beneficiaries with cash cards can coordinate with their Municipal/City Links and/or Municipal Roving Bookkeeper (MRB) for the exact schedule of payout.

Pantawid Pamilya MIMAROPA has been coordinating with Landbank to arrange the schedule for the next offsite transaction payout, she said.
