Palawan State University (PSU) produced 36 new registered psychometricians out of its 42 takers yielding to 85.71 percent passing rate, a record higher compared to the national passing rate of 63.73 percent.

The Board of Psychology (BOP) announced early Tuesday morning the result of the October 2019 Psychometrician Licensure Examination with a total of 6,800 passers out of 10,670 takers from all over the Philippines.

PSU president Dr. Ramon Docto expressed joy on the school’s performance particularly with a certain Diane Jane Badua who garnered 85.40 percent, ranking 6th on the licensure exam for psychology graduates.

“Malaki ang pasasalamat natin sa mga guro ng College of Arts and Humanities (CAH), mga magulang, mga estudyante, at sa mga supporters. Magbibigay tayo ng incentive para sa nag-top 6 at ia-award ito sa recognition program,” Docto said.

The Psychology Licensure Examination was administered in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga last October.
