2,715 of TechVoc students in Aborlan set to graduate in October

The first 2,715 students of the technical and vocational school in Aborlan are set to graduate in October, according to Maria Cristina Gomez-Remollo, program manager of the Palawan Technical School.


Remollo said the school opened last June 29 in partnership with the provincial government, Asian Business Cabletow Cooperative Academy (ABCCA) and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).


It offers Computer Systems Servicing NC II, Visual Graphic Design NC II, Bartending NC II, Food and Beverage Services NC II, Front Office Services NC II, Driving NC II, Housekeeping NC II and various other tech- voc courses.


The students are scholars of the Palawan provincial government which vowed to help find jobs for the graduates.


Remollo called on the youth in the province to apply for the program’s second batch.
