Three individuals in the province were arrested for separate cases by operatives of the Palawan Provincial Police Office on Easter Sunday, April 16, according to police records.
At about 11:30 a.m. at Barangay Poblacion, Narra, Palawan, elements of the Narra Municipal Police Station (MPS) arrested one Jerson J. Perico, a.k.a “Jun-Jun”, 30 y/o, widower, tricycle driver and a resident of Sitio Bliss, Barangay Panacan 2 in the said town. Said person was arrested for parricide docketed under Criminal Case Number 34730 dated March 16, 2017 with no bail recommended. The suspect is presently under the custody of said MPS and will be turned over to the court of origin for proper disposition.
At about 4:00 p.m at Barangay Panacan 2, Narra, police operatives arrested one Julius Bulataolo Malagday, 30 y/o, single and resident of said place, for theft. Malagday is ranked fifth on the ‘Most Wanted Person’ list of the Narra MPS. He is presently under the custody of the said police station and will be turned over to the court for proper disposition.
At about 6:00 p.m. at Barangay Maasin, Brooke’s Point, personnel from the said town’s MPS arrested one Flordelino Cacho Baltar, 57 y/o, married, farmer and a resident of the said barangay, for frustrated murder docketed under Criminal Case Number 34681 dated March 20, 2017. Baltar’s case allowed a bail bond of P200K. He is presently under the custody of said MPS and will be turned over to the court of origin for proper disposition.
