Dear Mayor Lucilo Bayron,

We, the residents of Napocor Road in San Manuel, Puerto Princesa City, are requesting your good office to have our road concreted.

Year after year, it has been promised that this Napocor Road leading to San Manuel Elementary School will be up for concreting, but until now it remains to be a promise.

As you may know, the dusts coming from this uncemented road pose risks to our children’s health. Not to mention at least 20 to 30 trucks that pass on this road going to a warehouse built inside this area, which even more put our children’s life in danger. When these trucks come and go here, it obscures the road with dusts making motorists not to clearly see the passersby.

We believe your Apuradong Administrasyon can make this project possible. Please help us secure the health and safety of our children who walk going to and from school every morning and afternoon. Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Michael Fisher
