1/2 kilo shrimps or prawns, washed thoroughly
2 tbsp garlic, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp cherry brandy
oil for sauteing
1. Heat oil in a pan, then saute’ garlic and salt until the garlic turns slightly brown.
2. Add the shrimps and grated ginger. Continue cooking until the shrimps turn orange.
3. Pour in the soy sauce and cherry brandy. To allow the shrimps to absorb the sauce well, keep them soaked in this mixture for several minutes before serving.
