Authorities in Coron, Palawan yielded suspected shabu after the joint unit of the Coron police and the Regional Public Safety Battalion-Police Regional Office- 4B , First Maneuver Company raided a house.
The raid was based on the search warrant issued by Judge Jose Bayani Usman of Branch 50 of the Regional Trial Court.
The house is owned by Arnulfo De Guzman alias Noli De Guzman, 45, a resident of Sitio Tulawa, Brgy.Guadalupe, Coron.
Recovered in his possession were five open plastic sachet with traces of alleged shabu; one improvised plastic tooter; two used aluminum foil with traces of alleged shabu; three improvised lighter burners; one pair scissors; disposable lighters; one rolled aluminum foil; five plastic sachet containing suspected shabu; 50 pieces empty plastic cellophane and one plastic container.
De Guzman faces charges for violating Republic Act 9165.
