Let us check the attendance of City Councilors of Puerto Princesa in the last 18 months.
Based on the record of the Sanggunian Panlungsod secretariat, of the 50 regular and 2 special sessions held by the City Council in 2014, Councilors Eleutherius Edualino and Peter “Jimbo” Maristela had the highest number of attendance with 51 sessions present. They only missed one session as they were in official business.
Among those who registered the most number of session attendance are Modesto Rodriguez II with 49 sessions attended; Matthew K. Mendoza, Victor S. Oliveros and Roy Gregorio G. Ventura with 48 sessions; Rogelio M. Castro with 46 sessions; Miguel T. Cuaderno IV with 43 sessions; Vicky T. De Guzman with 42 sessions; Luis M. Marcaida III with 41 sessions; Gregorio Austria with 40 sessions; and Patrick Alex Hagedorn with 29 sessions attended.
The deceased indigenous peoples representative Florencio Loreno had registered 42 sessions attended in 2014.
Vice-Mayor Marcaida had the highest number of official business (OB) attended in 2014 which marked 9 sessions missed. He was followed by Ventura with 2 OB’s.
In the first six months of 2015 (January to June), Councilors Gregorio Austria and Modesto Rodriguez got a perfect attendance in the 25 sessions held during the period.
They were followed by Mendoza, Edualino and Ventura with 24 sessions attended.
Councilors Maristela, De Guzman, Austria and Castro only missed 2 sessions. Cuaderno and Marcaida got 22 and 21 sessions attended, respectively. Hagedorn attended 14 sessions.
