The provincial government of Palawan inaugurated Monday the concreting project of the 8.646-kilometer road from Bgy. Magbabadil to Cabigaan, town of Aborlan.
The project, with a budget of some P105 M coming from the Kalsada Program of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Conditional Matching Grant for Provinces (CMGP), was awarded to the provincial government for achieving the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).
Governor Jose Chavez Alvarez said the identification of the project where the money was appropriated was based on the needs of the province.
Sangguniang Bayan of Aborlan also passed a resolution thanking the support of the provincial government for the concreting of the provincial road along Magbabadil and Cabigaan.
