An additional P25, 000 incentive for regular capitol employees is being studied by the Provincial Legal Office as the Department of Budget and Management Circular provides for Collective Negotiated Agreement Incentives.
This good news came despite the Notice of Disallowance of DBM for the questionable bonus given by the provincial government in December 2013.
DBM Circular No. 2014-2 states that government recognizes the valuable contribution of departments at employees by prudently utilizing government resources yet produced excellent result.
According to Atty. Gil P. Acosta, Jr. in case the result of the study is positive, the said bonus will be given to regular employees in February.
The provincial government remains firm to its stand that it did not violate DBM policy by giving the P40, 000 bonus to its employees in 2013.
