The body of an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) who allegedly died due to suicide in Kuwait will return home to Brooke’s Point tomorrow.
Noriam Hendy, eldest sibling of the victim Rosnel Munting will arrive in Manila at 10 this morning and will be flown to Palawan the following day.
Hendy said their family has mixed emotions that they will finally see their brother return home but sadly he is already inside the coffin.
“We still don’t know the result of the forensic examination conducted by Kuwaiti authorities to determine the cause of the death of Rosnel,” she said.
She added that they believe that there was foul play in his death pointing to his boss as the possible suspect.
“He maltreated them because the boss has a relative who is a member of the Kuwait police,” she added.
Hendy said her brother’s boss is hiding in Madrid, Spain.
Rosnel was found dead hanging inside the comfort room of his jail cell last August 19.
