Three Narra residents were rushed to a hospital in Narra on Saturday, May 5, after the tricycle they were riding met an accident along the national highway in Barangay Malinao.
They were identified as tricycle driver Herminigildo dela Cruz, 60, and passengers Conchita Ramos, 62, and Golla Velasco, 40. The incident happened at around 5 a.m.
Senior Inspector Ric Ramos, information officer of the provincial PNP, said the accident happened after Dela Cruz missed a section of the national road being repaired because of the bright headlight of an oncoming vehicle.
He said Ramos had to be transferred to the Ospital ng Palawan because of a serious head injury.
